1. Do I have to pay for full amount when I decide to do pre-planning by purchasing Nirvana products?
No, you can purchase our products by paying 20% down payments. The balance can be paid with interest-free monthly installments. This promotion is only valid for customers who do pre-planning. You may contact us for more information.
2. Do I have to pay for any maintenance fee after I purchase Nirvana products?
No, there is no maintenance fee will be charged after your purchase as it is included in your net purchase price.
3. How your facilities can be maintained for lifetime?
Nirvana Asia currently has a RM200mil Perpetual Maintenance Trust Fund with RHB Trustees as the trust holder. The trust fund is built up through a one-time fee that niche or plot owners pay as part of the purchase, and the interest generated from the overall fund is used for maintenance.
4. What if I wish to move my ancestors to Nirvana Memorial Park from other place?
You may contact us to purchase a new niche or burial plot. An auspicious date can be chosen to carry out the ceremony. You may contact us for more information.
5. Which location is available for ancestral tablet?
We provide ancestral tablets in the northern region of Malaysia, including Penang Island, Bukit Mertajam and Sungai Petani.
